1. General Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all accommodation bookings and purchases of additional services made through the website www.kuulstay.com.
1.2. The service provider is KUUL STAY OÜ, registration number 17186718, located at Puhtu tee 14, 90101 Virtsu, Lääneranna Parish, Pärnu County, Estonia. Email: info@kuulstay.ee (hereinafter referred to as KUUL Stay).
1.3. By making a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Bookings can be made through the KUUL Stay website or via email.
2.2. A booking is considered confirmed once full prepayment has been received in the service provider’s bank account.
2.3. Payments can be made via a secure payment system (bank links, credit cards, etc.).
2.4. All prices are in euros and include VAT according to Estonian law.
3. Cancellation and Booking Changes
3.1. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
3.2. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before arrival or the guest does not show up, the payment will not be refunded.
3.3. Booking dates may be changed up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability.
4. Check-in and Check-out
4.1. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM.
4.2. Check-in is contactless and carried out via instructions sent by email or SMS.
5. Accommodation and Additional Services
5.1. All rooms are non-smoking.
5.2. Pets are not allowed, except by prior arrangement.
5.3. Drinks available in the minibar can be purchased via a QR code.
5.4. Complimentary water is available in the minibar for all guests.
6. Liability and Damages
6.1. The customer is responsible for any damage caused to KUUL Stay property by themselves or their companions.
6.2. KUUL Stay is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings, except in cases of negligence or intentional misconduct by KUUL Stay.
7. Personal Data Processing
7.1. KUUL Stay processes customer data in accordance with its privacy policy, available on the website.
7.2. Personal data is processed in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. All disputes will be resolved through negotiations between the parties.
8.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled in Harju County Court in accordance with Estonian law.
8.3. Consumers may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee or use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
9. Gift Cards and Special Offers
9.1. Gift cards are valid only for the stated amount and for 1 year from the date of purchase.
9.2. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other discounts unless otherwise specified.
9.3. Special offers are valid only during the specified promotional period and under the stated conditions.
9.4. KUUL Stay reserves the right to change the terms of campaigns and gift cards without prior notice, with updates published on the website.
